Phase II of the Zhongfu Garden design maximizes development on the site’s limited land area. It also creates a new environment for the complex’s residents through seven high-rise residential buildings located above a large podium. This design scheme not only effectively avoids the sunshade impacts caused by the Phase I design, but also expands on the symmetry to the skyline and landscape along the Nanpu Bridge.
