Situated at the southwest corner of Wellington and Simcoe Streets in downtown Toronto, the 1.2 million-square foot RBC Centre features a 43-storey tower, a 9-storey, 400,000-square foot podium with 48,000-square foot floor plates; a 34-storey office tower with 25,000-square foot floor plates; 15,000 square feet of retail; and over 400 parking stalls.

B+H was the Architect of Record and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC in association with Sweeny Sterling Finlayson &Co Architects Inc. were the Design Architects. The RBC Centre has attained LEED® Gold Certification becoming the largest certified LEED for New Construction project in Canada.
