This new centre is built in a beach-side location in this coastal resort. The landscape design takes full advantage of the beautiful site, creating tropical gardens with water features, walkways, passive recreational areas and palm trees to create a grand courtyard between the building and the beach. A balance between business and recreation were fundamental aspects of the design.
