This golf resort, offering hotel and residential accommodation, is located along the coast in Dalian. Visitors can explore bluffs and beaches a short walk from a retail and museum zone. A network of landscaped avenues connects the clusters of villas, townhouses, residential high-rises, the golf course and the golf course clubhouse. The naturally rolling grade on the site was utilized in the design to create a diversity of visual experiences for users at different elevations across the site.
