B+H designed Phase 2 of this Project, which consists of 2 SOHO office buildingson Yishan Road that revolve around a main courtyard. The courtyard element helps foster a community feeling and the buildings respond to that. The first 2 floors of each building, planned for F&B and retail, open up to the courtyard bringing blurred distinction between inside and outside. The office block houses open-plan offices and a "Playscape" open-air atrium, which has been designed with a rock climbing wall, a small basketball court and can house various events.
