This project received the first National Environmental Design Gold Medal. The ground floor of the six central buildings are raised & landscaped, providing shaded activity areas for residents. In the open landscape, there are mist gardens, wet and dry play areas, a green amphitheatre with u/v protective shade tent and numerous sculptural features in this unique series of interconnected gardens. The landscape was designed by JBM Design Collaborative Ltd, whose operations were acquired by B+H in 2007.
