Neal joined B+H as a Project Director and Senior Contract Administrator in 1990 and became a Partner in 1999. He has more than 40 years of experience, primarily related to the management, construction and technical aspects of architecture. Neal’s background in international work includes a range of medium to large-scale commercial and institutional projects in Canada, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Malta and China. 

Neal's projects with B+H include the RBC Centre (Toronto), Niagara Fallsview Casino (Niagara Falls. On), Pearson International Airport's Infield Development (Toronto), the Direct Energy Centre (Toronto), the Nortel World Headquarters (Mississauga), Brookfield Place (Toronto) and the Toronto-Dominion Centre Revitalization (Toronto).
